Electrical Fit Out for New Rock Shop by Hard Rock Cafe
Even with years of experience completing mechanical and electrical installation work both large and small, we still like to give a little shout out for projects completed where there is a little prestige along the way!
This is true for a recent electrical fit out we completed at a new Rock Shop by Hard Rock Cafe on The Royal Mile in Edinburgh.
Christmas Deadline Rush
We were recently approached by the Hard Rock Cafe to support them in completing Phase 1 of their new Rock Shop towards the end of last year. The aim was to get them operational and trading as soon as possible. We were given a tight timescale and our engineers worked hard and late into the night, to complete the work in time for the run up to Christmas.
Lighting Installation
We installed new LED track lighting and shop front lights (by SLV) and LED downlights (by Collingwood). A full rewire of all small power and emergency lighting was undertaken. New data points were also added, where required.
What’s Next?
The client opened up in good time and is now trading. The next steps will be to take the shop from the “pop up” status that it has, to a more finished article, where we will be installing external digital display screens, TVs, upgraded cashier points and some additional electric heating.
