Good planned, compliance-based contracts are priced with clarity from the beginning and offer a more personal service with a dedicated technical account manager. In-house service desks support local engineers who are strategically located to attend to planned site visits, reactive call outs and quoted repairs or replacement work. Having a local presence also means engineers will gain client familiarity and, through experience and on-site relationships, will be able to diagnose and complete repairs quicker and more cost effectively.
