Our office team
Introducing our Office Support and Management Staff
All our people are DBS checked as they are recruited. JCW Residential recognises the importance of client safety, that's why this criteria is an requirement even for non customer facing staff.
My favourite biscuit: Malted Milk
Adam is our Operations Director for JCW Residential. He leads the way with his positive energy and drive to achieve 100% client satisfaction. Ensuring JCW Residentialbuild long lasting and strong relationships is Adam’s top priority, which is a good job as he is a people person and relishes new acquaintances.
Adam has a background in Gas and started out in the industry at the tender age of 16. Never missing a company event, Adam is very dedicated to JCW Residential, and would consider winning the Dragon Boat Race at our 2016 JCW Family Away Day as one of his finest moments of that year.
When Adam isn’t winning new contracts or Dragon Boat Races for us, the best way for him to rest and relax will be to think and plan his next day at work as he generally spends his weekends doing the same thing. We believe he is the archetypal ‘workaholic’!
My favourite biscuit: Cookies
Justin became the Service Manager during JCW Residential’s expansion in early 2017. He adopts a supportive management style with his team, and remains cool, calm and collected whatever the situation. Justin is customer focused and is constantly looking for ways to improve customers’ experience. Achieving positive outcomes through innovative solutions are what inspires Justin, and the reason why he loves being with JCW.
With the birth of his son in 2016, Justin became a proud Dad for the first time. With what free time he has left between work and baby, he simply enjoys pale ale down the pub.
My favourite biscuit: Any that look nice
Adrianna has been with us since leaving school. Originally an apprentice, she worked hard to become our, now qualified, Finance Administrator. However, she is not finished with her studying yet, her long term career aspiration is to become a fully qualified accountant and she will give it her all to reach that goal.
Her continued career development isn’t the only thing she enjoys about working with us. She also finds great satisfaction when invoices are paid on time!
Outside of JCW, Adrianne’s favourite tipple is a Tequila Sunrise and she hopes to, one day, be consuming this beverage on a longed for trip to the Maldives.
My favourite Biscuit: Malted milk or anything I can dunk in a cup of tea
Carolyn is a true original to the Saunders P&H legacy, joining the Admin team at the age of 17 she worked under our founder B A Saunders until his retirement. How time flies, Carolyn is soon due her own retirement, and she is very much looking forward to spending even more time with her new grandson.
Outside of work Carolyn lives the “The Good Life”, in the way of Barbara Good as her favourite way to relax is to raise all her own vegetables from seed and to grow them at her allotment.
In another universe, Carolyn’s ideal Dinner Companion would be non-other than the original Silver Fox himself – Richard Gere, with perhaps a side of her favourite tipple Disaronno on ice.
My favourite Biscuit: Lotus Biscoff
Hollie started in her Operations Administration role in February 2018, and it’s not been long before the office is feeling her positive, cheerful and happy attitude. Hollie believes her positive outlook helps her through any issue she is faced with and she is always happy to get her “head down, work hard and make friends”. Throughout the day, Hollie encounters various types of calls, no one day is the same, and this is her favourite thing about working in our industry.
Outside of work, her focus is turned to her two daughters, and making wonderful memories with them. Hollie’s dream dinner companion is the young Elvis Presley.
My favourite biscuit: Oreos
Tori joined the Admin team in 2017. This is her first role within the heating industry and she is enjoying learning something new every day which contribute towards her long-term career aspirations of being a boss! Tori is a big fan of Joss Whedon and it would be a dream come true to share a meal for two with the Director himself, followed by her favourite tipple of Pina colada.
My favourite biscuit: Chocolate Biscuit (Extremely chocolatey variety)
Matthew joined us in February 2018 as the Contracts Administrator, making sure his managers and engineers’ works are supported at all times. Although he wasn’t so keen on having his photo taken for this profile, he still let us. In fact, working with, and looking after his colleagues is Matthew’s favourite thing about being with us.
If you ever need to thank Matthew for anything, the best way to do it, is to buy him beers and chips.
My favourite biscuit(S): Bourbons!!
Administrator Rebecca joined JCW Residential in August 2017, she took a leap from her carer’s career into the unknown world of plumbing and heating. At first Rebecca was worried about the challenge, but her worries soon turned to excitement as she learns new skills with us everyday. Inspired by JCW’s many career success stories, Rebecca herself aspires to work up the career ladder to eventually move on to a senior management position.
Rebecca is not a big sports follower, but is a fan of the South Africa national rugby team: Springboks, so when they play, she will cheer. When she needs a break from away from the real world, Rebecca dreams of heading to a tropical island destination with her boyfriend, where they can just do nothing but lay on a beach and have ice-cream all day long!
My favourite biscuit: Chocolate Hob Nobs
Commercial Administrator Carli joined us in early 2019 and provides support to our growing commercial accounts. Having positivity and being organised are traits that allow Carli to effectively deal with the reactive nature of her role. Like many of our team here, the reactive nature keeps Carli on her toes as no one day is the same.
Carli is fascinated by the Tudor era, so if she could have a dinner date companion dead or alive, it would be Anne Boleyn, to find out first-hand what she was really like with Henry VIII. Of what shall be served for dinner? Carli’s all-time favourite of Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Rice and peas of course
My favourite biscuit: Chocolate Digestives
Deborah has been with us since early 2019, as a Commercial Administrator she thrives on her orderly approach to her role. Being organised and having the “list” is her key to getting things done guaranteed. Her satisfaction comes from when everything are ticked off by the end of the day, and preparing for the day ahead. With her enthusiasm for listing and prioritising tasks, Deborah feels the role of administration come naturally to her, so it never gets boring!
Heating services was a completely new industry for Deborah, starting with us when she did completely clashed with her wedding day. Having the 2 events take place within 10 days of each other was challenging, but has been a highlight for her as well as a testament to her multitasking skills. When she isn’t busy planning her upcoming honeymoon to Disney, she finds herself chilling with her new husband watching Netflix with a pizza and spending time with her four hamsters and two sausage dogs, which takes up a surprising amount of time!
