Steady Growth of JCW

Over the last three years we have steadily grown, in what can only be described as difficult times, not just for the mechanical and electrical engineering industry, but for all. We have held firm in our service offering and the working terms in which we agree with our clients. We remain true to our core values and through this our clients remain loyal and provide the strong basis in which we can continue to grow.

Recent Leisure Contract Win

A recent contract win of a large, national leisure industry giant, has seen our growth accelerate during 2019 and this has meant that we have had to increase our engineering, administrative and service desk staff, to the point that we just couldn’t fit everyone in at our Leicester office!

Not Enough Space

So, it was time for a move around and we decided to renovate our ground floor stores area into additional office space. Our finance and IT teams have now moved into their new home, kitted out with the companies branded furniture, and our Leicester Operations Director also has a more spacious office with a break out area to host staff meetings and client visits.

Our recently created Electrical Minor Works management team have their own area which has allowed other departments to expand with the additional room.

Office Expansion

This growth hasn’t just affected the Leicester office, Royston also needed more room to make way for a dedicated Account Management team who now have a new office. This followed our office having to move premises completely, only last year.

So what is next for JCW?

We understand that we need to evolve as our client base increases. With a strong order book for 2019, 2020 could see even further expansion, you will need to watch this space to find out more!
